Bring 5 gallons of salted(5 oz salt)oiled(3tbsp oil)water to a boil, stir in 5 pounds pasta, bring back to a boil, let cook aproximately 8-10 minutes until pasta is tender bur firm (al dente), stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Drain.
