UNCLE BEN'S INFUSED™ Mexican Flavor rice is made with and advanced proprietary process that lock seasoning deep inside every grain. So now you can add consistent high-flavor rice to any recipe without seasoning it with stock or a flavor packet. Mexican Flavor Infused Rice has a zesty south-of-the-border spice combination locked in every grain of parboiled rice. Nutritional based on 1/3 cup dry.

Preparation
1 cup of rice to 1 3/4 cups of water and 1 tablespoon of butter (optional). Stove top; combine rice, water, and butter in a stock pot, stir well. Bring to a vigorous boil, remove from heat, cover tightly and let stand 15 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed. Transfer to steam pan, place on steam table and keep warm (160 degrees). Fluff rice before serving. Hot water/steam table; combine rice, HOT water (almost boiling) and butter (optional) in an appropriate steam table pan. Stir well. Cover and place on steam table at 160 degrees for 35 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed. Keep warm (160 degrees). Fluff rice before serving. Oven method, combine rice, HOT water (almost boiling), and butter (optional) in an appropriate steam pan, stir well, cover and place in 350 degree ovenfor 20 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed. Remove from oven, transfer to steam table to keep warm (160 degrees), fluff rice before serving. TO RETAIN FLAVORS, DO NOT RINSE BEFORE OR DRAIN AFTER COOKING.
